An exciting opportunity has arisen within this Top 20 national accountancy firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and delivery of the internal audit service at a number of client organisations. This includes the supervision and mentoring of junior staff and reviewing the work carried out. You will attend Audit Committee meetings and present internal audit recommendations to clients? senior management and Governors, carrying out special investigations where fraud or other irregularities are suspected. Preferably professionally qualified MIIA or ACCA, you will have previously worked for a small to medium sized practice, ideally with public sector NHS experience with demonstrable man-management experience.
